The breakfast was hot and delicious. As we were leaving I was impressed that the front desk person was dusting the lights in the dining area. That is a great use of their time and keeps things very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

I had an initial issue with a possible cancelation, the general manager went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. She not only resolved it, but went out of her way tge following day to ilensure the were not any issues.
